BECOME A FESTIVAL VENDOR!

Accepting vendor applications for the 2025 festival. Review the categories listed below.

Please note that those wishing to be a vendor must apply, and not all applications are approved. Applications are available on our website starting in January of each year. Application review begins in early March, and all spots are generally filled by the first of April.

VENDORS

  • Arts & Crafts – juried show; items must be made by exhibitor

  • Horticulture – garden and landscape plants & seeds

  • Specialty Items – nuts, grains, jellies, sauces, candles, soaps, etc.; items must be made by exhibitor

FOOD 
VENDORS

  • Food and beverage served Ready To Eat

  • Non-profits wishing to vend food should use this application

KIDS 
AREA

  • Do you have an activity for kids? Use this application!

DEMONSTRATOR

  • Clubs, groups, and individual artisans are invited to demonstrate, provide information, and promote your group and your craft.

  • Those demonstrating throughout the day are not charged a booth fee if they wish to sell their products.

ECO
VILLIAGE

  • The Eco Village will showcase environmental organizations and their important ecological solutions for the local and regional communities. Apply here if you are a demonstrator that fits this theme.

NON-PROFIT
GROUPS

  • We have a limited space for non-profit organizations and are can consider applications for non-profit booth space.

  • Non-profits wishing to sell items or food/beverage should use the Vendor or Food Vendor applications.
